NautilusLog App - Adding a Vessel in an Organization

This guide provides a step-by-step overview of how to add a vessel within an organization you are a part of, as well as how to edit or remove vessel information in NautilusLog.

Steps to add a vessel:

  • Navigate to your profile icon and click on it. 



  • This shall open up a small window listing the organizations which your user account is a part of. Select and click your desired organization.



  • The system will open the Organization profile. Among the various Icons present on the TOP RIGHT corner, click on the vessel icon as shown in the screenshot. 


  • This is the Vessels icon    which on being clicked displays the list of vessels present for the organization. Click on the button to begin adding a vessel as shown in the screenshot.

 

  • Clicking on it will open up another small window to add vessel details. Fill in the necessary details as shown and click on 'create'.



  • After a successful addition, the vessel will appear in the list as shown.







Steps to Edit a vessel:

  • After successfully adding a vessel, you can edit its information by clicking on the three dots (⋮) next to the vessel name. Here you can have two options, to "Edit Vessel" or "Remove Vessel". Click on "Edit Vessel".



  • The vessel profile page will open, displaying various fields for vessel information. To begin making the updates, click on the   button, this will enable the fields to be updated.




  • Once the relevant information is updated, click "Save Changes" to confirm and store the information.






Steps to Remove a Vessel:

  • In the vessel list, (accessed via the three dots next to the vessel name), select "Remove Vessel"



  • Confirm the action when prompted.

  • The vessel will be removed from your organization’s vessel list.
