Steps to accept an invitation:

When an invitation is sent, a ‘Pending Invitation’ notification appears on the right side of the main menu from the respective organization.
- The user can click the notification to directly accept the invitation.
- Alternatively, the user can go to the Organizations section by clicking the Organizations icon in the menu.
- In the Organizations window, the user will see a list of received invitations along with additional details. At the bottom right, two options are available: Join or Decline.
- By clicking Join, the user accepts the invitation and becomes a member of the organization.
- Once joined, the user can view the organization’s memberships, vessels, and templates.
