IHM - Reset your Password

Resetting your Password on the NautilusLog IHM Tool is quick and easy! Follow our short step-by-step guide below to regain access and get back to keeping your vessel IHM-compliant in no time. ⏳⚓

You can reset your password by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to: https://ihm.nautiluslog.com
  2. Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, as shown below:

  3. Enter your email address and click “Reset Password”.

  4. You should get an email with a link to reset your password to a new one.

  5. Click the link or copy and paste it to your web browser to access the password reset page.

    Enter your new desired password in the “Password” line, then confirm the password again in the “Confirm Password” line underneath.
    Note: Ensure that you enter the exact same password in both “Password” and “Confirm Password” lines to avoid any mismatch errors.

  6. Click the “RESET” button to reset your password. Your password will be reset and you can then proceed to login newly with your email and new password.
