NautilusLog App - How to Generate Filtered Reports

Filtered reports let you generate a report that includes only the data matching specific tags: for example, generating a report that only includes Findings.

Steps:

1. Click on the Tag icon:

In your report, click on the tag icon located in the top toolbar of the report window, next to the other document action icons. This will open the filter options menu.

2. Select what tag(s) you want to filter for:

A dropdown menu will appear showing the available filter options, including "Show corrections," "Show only missing inputs," and individual tags such as "Finding" or "Inspection." Check the box next to the tag(s) you want to filter by. In this example, we select "Finding" so that the report only includes items tagged as findings.

3. Click "Generate":

Once your filters are selected, click the "Generate" button located in the bottom toolbar of the report.

4. Enable Active Filters before generating:

A "Generate Report" dialog box will appear, letting you know that since filters are applied, the report will include only the filtered data. Review the report name and included sections, then make sure the checkbox labeled "Active filters detected. Generate report with active filters applied?" is checked before clicking "Generate."
