NautilusLog IHM – Dockshelf Guide
Welcome to the NautilusLog IHM – DockShelf User Guide. This guide provides an overview and outlines the key functions of the DockShelf feature.
The Dockshelf is a Centralized File Management feature designed to streamline the storage and management of compliance-related files and documents for vessels.
Functionalities:
- Users can effortlessly create new shelves using the “Add Shelf” function and easily drag and drop files into their chosen shelf.
- Each user account comes with a free version of Dockshelf (Freemium), which allows for the storage of up to 15 files.
- To accommodate more files, an upgrade to the premium version of Dockshelf is necessary, which offers unlimited storage.
Accessing the Dockshelf in a Vessel Project:
Where are my results or documents? (Quick Start)
If you're looking for lab results, IHM certificates, or any compliance documents for your vessel:
- Log in and click the Projects icon and click on your vessel to open it.

- Once you enter your vessel, click the DockShelf tab (next to the Project tab).

- Open the shelf that matches what you're looking for.
- Click a file to view it, or the download icon to save it to your device.

About shelves:
-
Documents in DockShelf are organized into shelves folders your organization sets up and names (for example, by document type, test package, or reporting period).
-
Shelf names vary by vessel, since anyone with access can create new ones. If you're not sure which shelf holds what you need, check INBOX first that's where newly added files land before they're sorted or ask whoever manages DockShelf for your vessel.
