NautilusLog IHM - How to generate and download an IHM Maintenance Report

This article explains how to generate a new IHM Maintenance Report for your vessel in NautilusLog, how to download or send it, and where to find previous reports.

Step 1: Open the Report tab of your vessel’s project

  1. Log in to NautilusLog and open your vessel’s IHM project from the project list.
  2. In the top menu of the project, click the REPORT tab.

The Report tab lists all reports generated for the vessel, with the following details:

  • Template: the type of report, e.g. IHMMAINT-REPORT
  • Version: the version number of the report
  • Requested at: when the report was requested
  • Generated at: when the report was generated
  • Status: “success” means the report is ready to download

Step 2: Generate a new IHM Maintenance Report

  1. At the bottom of the Report tab, click + generate new Report.
  2. The GENERATE REPORT window opens.
  3. In the Template field, select IHMMAINT-REPORT.
  4. Click Submit.

The new report appears at the top of the report list. Once its status shows success, it is ready to download.
